Once you have booked an appointment with NeatFeet it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the day it is due to take place, you may be subject to a cancellation charge.

24 hours - 75%*

On the day (23 hours or less) - 100%*

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
